做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
