做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
