做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
