做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
