做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
