做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
