做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
