做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
