做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
