做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。
