做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
