做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
