做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
