做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
