做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。
