做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
