做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
