做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
