做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
