做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
