做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
