做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
