做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
