做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
