做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
