做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
