做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
