做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。
