做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
