做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
